terms of happiness

how can we say that we are happy?

All human beings seek happiness. Some find it, then lose it. Others are able to hold onto it. Still others believe that a life of joy and contentment is an impossible dream.

Many never attain the level of happiness they expect in their lives, resigning themselves to a mediocre life of “just getting by.” They take on the attitude that people are all just “putting in their time,” and that, with life’s many ups and downs....yes...there are seemingly more downs. you pass your days surfing the net, traveling, or watching t.V and movies. Then, after giving up on the pursuit of happiness, they come to actually “enjoy” your sadness!

some said the pursuit of happiness is an" unalienable" right....hmmmm... If that is true, then why is lasting joy so hard to achieve????

marriage?sacred word huh...guess it brings a level of contentment (of course, with a certain normal amount of stress) and satisfaction from sharing your life with someone special. as far as i know married people live longer—men by 7 years, women by about 4 years..how far is the truth?i wonder

sometimes we have to learn to let go and try to seek for that something that we've been missed out in life..just be ready and give a chance to yourself although deep inside its hard to do so....something that holds you back..

i just remember my fav part of words from my previous reading few years back,saying...

Life pushes us all around. Some give up. Others fight. A few learn the lesson and move on. They welcome life pushing them around. To these few people, it means they need and want to learn something. They learn and move on.

— Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad, Poor Dad

its just depends on how and when you let yourself to accept these new changes coz you have all your chances in front of you...you decide..
